Hello! Thanks for taking the time to visit my page and read my ramblings. I will be using this space to explore and share ideas, thoughts and (hopefully!) useful notes on all things from food, to health, wellbeing and inspiring adventures...
All that is current to me right now in my life, as I navigate the world and its ups and downs!
I feel like I am learning each day and have an urge to share with you these token notes and words of wisdom I am soaking up from others, from books and from conversations with my partner Jayce! Talking about how I feel and the things that are impacting and shaping my life massively right now.

Since stepping back from the Friday Feeds that I started early last Summer, my path has taken me in all sorts of directions requiring resilience in the face of physical pain and emotional rollercoasters. And yep, my resilience has failed me a number of times! I have learnt to call on gratitude, faith and patience and found that a way to move forward is to turn my struggles into strength.
Coming up on the blog, I have ideas for interviews, book reviews, recipe posts and all sorts in-between. I'm no 'expert', but I'm trying to become more of an expert in the workings of my own changing body and mind. I also know I find therapeutic benefits in writing and sharing.
